4) Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, local storage) to make the Site work, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and—with your choices—support advertising. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (“session cookies”); others remain on your device (“persistent cookies”).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie-preferences/consent tool on the Site. Many advertising and analytics technologies are loaded only after you consent where required, or can be turned off via the consent tool. If you block cookies, some features of the Site may not work properly.

For information about your rights to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising, see Section 13.

5) How and with whom we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, payments, shipping, email, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention), under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing those services.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, where you have consented or as otherwise permitted (see Sections 10–11). Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state laws (see Section 13).
  • Legal and safety disclosures, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The categories of recipients and the specific providers we use are described throughout Sections 6–12.

6) Hosting, infrastructure, and payments

Shopify — Our Site and store are hosted by Shopify, which processes data on our behalf to operate the Site, store data, and analyze store activity. Shopify Inc. is based in Canada with affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere.

Cloudflare — We use Cloudflare’s content delivery network to deliver site content (images, scripts) quickly and securely from regional servers. Cloudflare Inc. is based in the United States.

Payments — When you pay, your payment details are transmitted directly to the relevant payment provider to process the transaction. Depending on your selection, this may include:

  • Shopify Payments (Shopify Inc.)
  • PayPal (PayPal, Inc.)
  • Apple Pay (Apple Inc.)
  • Google Pay (Google LLC)
  • Shop Pay (Shopify Inc.)

These providers receive the payment and order information needed to complete and verify your transaction, and they handle that information under their own privacy policies. We do not store your full card number.

7) Order fulfillment and shipping

To deliver your order, we share the information necessary for shipping—typically the recipient’s name, shipping address, and (where you’ve agreed) email address and/or phone number for delivery notifications—with our shipping and logistics partners, which may include carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We share only what is needed to deliver your order.

8) Email communications and marketing

Marketing emails / newsletter — If you sign up, we’ll send you news and offers. Your email address is the only required field. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing support@klebr.co. After you unsubscribe, we promptly remove you from our marketing list. We may use an email service provider to send these messages and to measure opens and clicks so we can improve our communications.

Transactional emails — We will always send order- and account-related messages (e.g., confirmations, shipping updates) regardless of marketing preferences.

Back-in-stock and abandoned-cart reminders — If you opt in, we may send a one-time back-in-stock notice for an item you select, or a reminder about items left in your cart. Your email address is the only required field, and you can opt out at any time.

Product reviews (Judge.me) — If you opt in, we may share your email address with our reviews provider (Judge.me) so it can send you a review request after a purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time.

9) Accounts

If you create an account, we collect and process the information you provide to set it up and manage your orders. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@klebr.co. We will delete the associated data once any open orders are complete, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations (e.g., tax records).

10) Analytics

We use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These may include:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures site usage; IP addresses are typically truncated/anonymized.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — measures interactions and produces aggregated heatmaps using pseudonymized data.
  • Shopify analytics (Shopify Inc.) — measures store activity.

Where required, these tools run only with your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie/consent tool on the Site.

11) Advertising, retargeting, and conversion tracking

With your consent (where required), we use advertising technologies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. These may include:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.)
  • Pinterest Tag (Pinterest, Inc.)
  • Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking (Google LLC)
  • Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation)

These partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to recognize your device, build audiences, and report on ad performance. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie/consent tool, and you can also use your device, browser, and ad-platform settings to limit interest-based advertising. See Section 13 for your opt-out rights regarding “sharing”/“sale” and targeted advertising.

12) Other site features

  • YouTube (Google LLC) — embedded video playback. Loading or playing an embedded video may connect your browser to YouTube’s servers and transmit information such as your IP address.
  • Google Maps (Google LLC) — interactive maps, where used. Loading a page with a map may transmit information such as your IP address to Google.
  • Google Fonts (Google LLC) — consistent typography, where used. Loading a page may transmit browser information such as your IP address to Google.

Where required, these features load only with your consent.

13) Your U.S. privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to data portability — to obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format.
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights. Email support@klebr.co with your request. We will verify your request (for example, by confirming information associated with your account or order) before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

Do Not Sell or Share / opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies (Section 11) may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under some state laws. To opt out, use the cookie/consent tool on the Site, email support@klebr.co, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, which we will honor where required.

California “Shine the Light.” California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by emailing support@klebr.co.

14) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Information processed based on your consent is kept until you withdraw consent.

15) Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures—including SSL/TLS encryption in transit—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16) Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@klebr.co and we will delete it.

17) International visitors

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.

18) Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

19) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
